Quality Policy

TÉCNICAS QUÍMICAS INDUSTRIALES, S.A. (TEQUISA) is constantly and actively engaged in research and development, designing, manufacturing, and marketing food additives and processing aids. It also provides technical advice on food production, particularly in the areas of capture fisheries and aquaculture.

TEQUISA adheres to principles of sustainability and excellence, recognizing the imperative need to manage the environmental, quality, and occupational safety aspects of its operations in order to ensure the proper delivery of services and to meet customer expectations regarding quality, all while adhering to legal requirements and committing to continuous improvement, through means consistent with applicable international standards and encompassing all of the company’s processes.

TEQUISA’s strategic objectives and commitments are as follows:

  • To ensure innovation, quality, and technological reliability in all our products, while ensuring compliance with applicable requirements and continuous improvement.
  • Understanding the needs and expectations of our stakeholders and creating the appropriate systems and products to meet them.
  • Implement improvement initiatives in production processes and in the development of products and services.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to health and safety, as well as those affecting the product being developed or the environment, and any other requirements to which TEQUISA subscribes.
  • To ensure at all times that the ingredients in our formulas are authorized under the relevant directives and regulations.

We will ensure proper compliance at all levels federal, regional, and local. In all cases, the safety standards achievable given the current state of the art will be taken into account.

These principles, which will be communicated throughout the organization, will serve as a guide for setting annual objectives in accordance with criteria of continuous improvement, to ensure compliance with the organization’s policy through the efforts and collaboration of all employees, supervisors, and managers, with the support of the organization’s leadership team.

This organizational policy has been developed with due consideration for the context in which the organization operates, It also takes into account each and every stakeholder within this context from our
own employees, partner companies, customers, and suppliers, to our management so that the situations and decisions made by management consider each of these parties, fostering better relationships among all.
